sims stand idle when gardening

ok so.... my sims, all familys, currently playing vanilla. they plant one seed then stand there just idling.... for HOURS after their done idling for HOURS they plant one more seed then idle for more hours at a time before planting another seed. i have removed ALL mods and I'm now playing vanila and playing a brand new sim family, the problem is still there. i repaired the game and the problem is still there, i deleted the whole sims 4 folder and started from scratch, the problem is still there! please pretty please add this to your bug fix.

    for those also experiencing this bug, I found a annoying solution.

    wait until your sim stands up all the way after planting seed, pause then play after pause completes: repeat for each seed planting

    It wasn't the save, unfortunately for me, it was happening on vanilla and a new save as well but it was fixed during an update.  Then something else broke and my and my family and friends are having crashing issues....
