Sims troll teh forum without mischief skill

I thought the update stated sims who do not have the mischief skill would not autonomously troll teh forums or gain the mischief skill? I updated my game and my sim who dislikes deception, potty humor, pranks, malicious interactions just autonomously trolled teh forums without even having any skill in mischief. Does this update only apply to new saves?

what traits does your Sim have ?

The "Troll teh Forums" Computer Interaction has been added to the same cooldown that is used for other Computer interactions. Sims will also now need Mischief Skill Level 6 or higher to consider this action autonomously unless they have the following Traits: Evil, Childish, Geek, Hot-Headed, Erratic, or Mean (who always have it available).
