Sims will not move

I have been playing for years, with and without Mods. I currently only have MCCC. I have done a vanilla testing, and contacted Discord etc. to no avail. My sims (the whole family) will not move. They will not preform any task, nothing. I have tried, reset and reset(debug) repairing the game, clearing cache, saving as, etc etc and nothing. It is completely unplayable. SOMETIMES if I go to build mode/manage worlds, they may move for a split second. Or sometimes the character Im playing may preform half a task while the others remain completely frozen. Time still passes, but they will not move an inch. First symptom a few weeks back was time passing faster than the gameplay (e.g. wouldn't get notification for school for hours after it had begun etc.). I have tried everything I know, and community suggestings, and they are saying its a bug. Would love advice.

    Hello, I tried this step by step, and it is still the same. It worked perfectly on a 'new game' but as soon as I added my saves to the new saves folder, it was the same thing again. Frozen sims completely.

    Would you be willing to share your save with me ?

    If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.
