Sims won’t leave

Soooo I started up a new sims file (no mods, etc) and my sims 4 game has been updated to the latest version, but there’s these 2 sims that aren’t on my property but are just hanging around outside my house. They won’t leave, and my sims keep getting distracted by them. I can’t ask them to leave since they’re not on my property. My house is marked as residential. Does anyone know what to do about this?

@Godshandbasket this happens in my game sometimes too. I would enable testingcheats (Cntrl+shift+c) type in : testingcheats true press enter. Then shift+click the sim and reset them. I do this when sims and objects aren't behaving as they should. I hope this helps.
