Sims Won't Take Care of Themselves
My Sims refuse to go to the toilet, use the bath/shower, go to bed, clean up after themselves, or eat. I can command them to do everything else, and to walk anywhere. There is nothing around the item...

@emjo1 Have you tested without any cc at all ? These can sometimes also cause issues.
Also have you tested multiple families/saves to see if it's a global issue or restricted to the family.

It seems to be happening to all my old saves, but when I made a brand new save file, it was fine. Its anything I started prior to the late February update.

Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
