sims4 doors not there and i cant place any doors

Hi everyone,

i've been looking around some threads about the new update and door related glitches, so i removed all my mods and just started the game and still have no doors. It gave me the message items missing😢since i''ve figured out its not my mods and removed them for later. would the best thing be to repair the game and see if the doors are there? if not what should i do. thanks

    Does the error message say “script call failed”?

    This is caused by having opened the game with an out-of-date Basemental mod. You can update the mod to ensure it won’t happen in the future, but updating the mod won’t put the doors back. You’ll have to replace each door manually, or revert to a previous save.
