Sims4 stuck eternally loading or saving

I have a LOT of issues on game right now.

1) Game loading is a struggle if it loads at all, sometimes stuck on eternal load screen.

2) Once you finally get in game, don't even think about opening CAS, that's a surefire way to get stuck on the eternal load screen also.

3) Sims freeze up entirely and time continues, predominately happens when interacting with toddlers, but specifically, usually happens when trying to feed them (put into highchair/take out of highchair), and putting them to bed sometimes takes 4 attempts and 2 full freezes to actually succeed.

(Also frequently comes with some bonus wall phasing)

4) Less serious issue but my lactose intolerant sim keeps autonomously eating and cooking dairy meals even though I've provided Multiple Lactose Free Meals...why...you have food, stop.
