Sims4 unable to marry due to being in their employ?

Engaged couple unable to marry due to being in one anothers employ. Says must dismiss because it would be inappropriate to further their relationship. One is a doctor the other a chef, so I don't und...

@KelBel829 2 years later and I'm now having this problem..just happened out of the blue..not liking these options to fix it. Hope you found a work around.
