Sim/sims Just idle doing nothing without my input

Hi everyone, I've been having an issue for about a week where my Sims Idle, not doing anything on their own. Looking around online, I've tried everything i can think of, Resetting Sims multiple times...

    Update: i uninstalled the game and reinstalled everything and it all seems to be working okay at this current moment

yes i checked that too, it was one of the first things i had checked, i disabled it and re-enabled it as well with no luck

Do you have the “disable autonomy for selected sim”  box enabled/selected? I just wanted to make sure that this wasn’t enabled.

    ill need to check, most likely that's disabled i never touched any of the autonomy settings before the problem started happening, ill update when i can
