I didn't edit your post it was a Community Manager (seems you have removed that comment now).
Titles are regularly edited in the bug forum though as it's important that bugs can be found by other users. I don't know what your original title was but it seems a CM thought it needed adjusting.
Anyways, could you answer my second question as well ?
