Slower motive decay at active high school?

I didn't really like that my Sim's motives decayed at a much slower rate when they were at active high school because there was no challenge at all (not even a real need to go to the cafeteria) so I tried to mod this, but couldn't find where it was configured...

So some questions:

1. Is it really slower or am I just imagining things? I compared the need decay to my Sim being on their home lot and I'd say the needs decay two times slower.

2. Is there a mod already that deals with that? It's kind of hard to search for, so maybe I missed it.

3. Does any other modder know where to look for in the code? I researched a lot but I couldn't find any highschool related buff or anything concerning the venue tuning that would change the need decay...
