Small business lost each time I load game

Hi,

I have a small business using the new business and hobbies expansion. 

Every time I load the game, the business is no longer there, I just have the buy new small business option.  BUT, if I go into build mode, then immediately back to live mode, my business returns, with all the settings BUT with all employees missing.

What's going on and how do I fix it?
