I looked at this issue if others also have this problem and they've noticed its somewhat from a maid service, but I already cancelled my maid service and I noticed it's when I am switching from different households. it's always the kitchen appliances you can put in your inventory and in my case, it's always the portable pizza oven always missing in my every playable household.

they're actually gone, I already looked in all of their inventories including the households and I don't use any CCs... I don't think it was related to mods since the problem is a build mode item.
before, the issue was the hotpot/pressure cooker missing now it's the portable pizza oven.
