So the LATEST update DELETED A WHOLE TOWN in my game!

Just like before, I am very unhappy with Sims 4 updates being forced on the players of the game.  I tried disabling automatic updates in Origin. This does literally NOTHING as I get a message saying...

@DallasNeedsAD  If you sign into Origin and then put it in offline mode, you should be able to play without updating.  That's what I do when I don't want an update.

Is there a problem with one of your existing saves you'd like to troubleshoot?  It would be a shame to lose so much progress.
