@Heautontimoru I tried to do it on the AHQ settings page, but it reversed back to the old one...
I didn't try yet in my EA account settings, because the mails from EA are regularly arriving (i.e. 2 factor authentication), only the ones from AHQ are somehow blocked...

I'm sorry to hear this, and you've already checked to make sure the notifications aren't being filtered by a Spam folder or anything like that?
If you're trying to update your email on AHQ, you'll need to update the email on your EA account to accomplish that as we use "single sign on" that's tied to your EA account.
- GiardiniDiMarzo2 years agoLegendThank you @EA_Cade , yes I already tried to see if my provider had flagged the emails as Spam, but the folder is empty. What I don't understand is why only the ones from AHQ don't work, while the ones from EA do.
I didn't want to complain, I had already opened a report in EA - General Questions, but ultimately they advised me to wait or contact Help Center. Unfortunately, however, the latter does not deal with AHQ but only with the EA account.
Regarding your response (which gave me clear insight), if I change the email address first on my EA account page, does it automatically change on AHQ Settings as well?- EA_Cade2 years ago

Hi @GiardiniDiMarzo,
Once you change the email on your EA account you may need to log out and back in on AHQ to see the change reflected here as well.
