Split from household and move not showing up

So I had this same issue a little while ago, before the newest update and before the new pack came out. I was playing the game and wanted to have a sim split from her household and move out by herself, when I checked the phone the option wasn't showing but earlier in the same day it had been there. That is when I started checking the internet and I saw people who had the same issue but that was in 2020, 2021, 2022 etc. Still I tried their adviced, I repaired the game and updated all my mods but nothing worked.

Eventually the option just appeared again, but now I have the same issue again. I have already taken out my mods and repaired the game, but the option is still missing. I even checked a PC and the option doesn't show there either and when I want to use the cheat 'remove from household' that doesn't show up anymore either, when about 5 minutes before I'd used it.
