Starlight Accolades broken?

Are Starlight Accolades broken since they fixed Error 123? My celebrities can travel to PBP Studio and there's the pop up that the Accolades will start, other celebrities appear but no  host/entertai...

Thanks for answering. I can't remember if there was a bouncer/bartender, I'll have to wait for the next event to check it.

Problem solved - Repairing the game and resetting it to factory settings helped.
