Starlight accolades stopped taking place

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure what triggered it.
What happens when the bug occurs? All the starlight accolades events disappeared from calendar and are not taking place anymore.
What do you expect to see? Icon for Starlight accolades event being in the calendar and taking place every sunday at 6.pm.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

As seen on the screenshot of the seasons calendar, the event for Starlight Accolades awards completely stopped happening. Last week it still took place in the PBP studios. The lot is unchanged in the world, still marked as the hottest spot in town. Nothing has changed about my game or my system that i am aware of, i don't think there has been a patch since then. I tried repairing the game and updating it, game is up to date and repairing did nothing. I was using custom content and mods, but i disabled them, nothing changed. Then i started a new game twice, one time with mods and one time without and awards have been missing in the new game as well. I tried restarting the game, switching between households, nothing helped and i'm not sure how to deal with the issue, because my sim cannot complete the actor aspiration without receiving an award.
Edit: i did go on the lot before the event usually happens and waited to see if it's just a bug with calendar and event is taking place despite not being in calendar, but nothing happened, i waited on sunday for multiple hours, but nothing has happened.
