It came with the Blast From the Past Event.
Yes! I specifically remember because it took so long to complete I was very happy when I did. It is possible I deleted that save file, could that be why?

no, that shouldn't make a difference. The aspiration should be save to your account so unless you're using another account then the one you did the event on, you should have it.
Just checked my game and it's showing up fine.
If you start a new save and check a new Sim, does that Sim have it to choose from ? It should be under Deviance aspirations.
I’m using the same account and it’s not showing up in any new or old save files, and deletes itself if I download a sim from the gallery
