Strangerville issues

I'm not sure if this issue has a resolve or not, but i recently downloaded the strangerville DLC (Today, at the time I'm posting this) and i am going through the aspiration. I'm at the point where I've bought the hazmat suit and collected all fifteen spores, but the entirety of the basement other than the walls and stairs leading down to it has either not loaded in or been deleted from the lot. I've not altered the lot in any way, but i did use the 'bb.showHiddenObjects' command to load in a final spore as i couldn't find one after about five searches in different areas of the open part of the map.

I don't think it could be a mod issue either as it had loaded in just fine all the previous times I'd been in the secret lab lot, and the one time i'd got my sims down to the basement part before it stopped loading in. not sure if it's just that I need to close and reopen the game or something, but i do hope there's a solution to this that isn't scrapping the entire save file and starting the aspiration over again.

(This image is with the walls set to be completely gone, btw. the rest of the building above had loaded in completely fine. none of the levels below had loaded in other than the walls and stairs too.)

boiledegginabath  You get that view until you unlock the door with the keycard.  So, either you didn't do that or the game is not giving you credit for doing so.  You have to unlock the door every time you go there.  It does not stay open and unlocked.  So, make sure the door has been opened.  If you have a 2nd active sim in the household, have them get a card or just drag it between the sim inventories and try is something you can try.

Assuming that the door has been properly opened and you still have the situation, I suggest you leave and return and have another sim open the door just to make sure it's not a glitched sim.  Other things you can try are a game repair. After the repair, delete the localthumbcache file before restarting.  You can try a user folder reset by following the directions in this post: 📓[GUIDE] Clean User Folder Approach | EA Forums - 12690428 .  Another thing you can try is to disable the Strangerville pack, start the game, start a new save, save and exit, then reenable the pack and play long enough to see if the lab is accessible, and if it is, quit and reload the original save.  If it is still messed up in the original save, then it's the save and you'd be better off to abandon it.

And you might have broken something using a cheat there.  Idk for sure but the lab is one of the few places in the game where it is best to not use the build cheats, even if you've found a way to get to build mode.  I also don't understand why you had to resort to a cheat to get a spore either even if one disappeared on you.  All you need to do is scan again and you get 5 more at any bizarre plant at the lab or 1 if you scan at any bizarre plant in either of the other zones.

    Hope this helps.
