"Talk to chief" objective does not complete with normal social interactions

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.60.54.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs except Uni and Island Living and every game pack except StrangerVille.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim in the Detective Career and have the objective "Talk to the chief".
What happens when the bug occurs? The objective does not complete with "normal" social interactions like being friendly and funny. You have this rather weird interaction "Talk to chief" in the friendly menu.
What do you expect to see? It should be possible to complete this objective with normal friendly and / or funny interactions. This "Talk to chief" interaction feels a bit weird.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @Zack4358 I don't think that's a bug. That's how it was intended. There's a special interaction and that's what you need to use.
