- @AudreySugg When you bought a house with the freerealestate cheat. It will probably a much more expensive house/lot your household could afford in the beginning. I.e try to get your Sims into a job and earn some money. There are lots of ways to earn Simoleons.
The bigger the lot and expensive the house the more tax you will have to pay.
