Technical CAS he/him question

I just noticed that some premade sims I intended to add to my ts4 universe were created with the he/him and she/her thing. In CAS, is there some way I can remove that? I only find that I can add my own, but I just want it to not be there. They would be the only two sims in my entire game with this extra info, and I don't really see why. Anyone?

Easiest might be to just delete those sims and create my own like I normally do, but this time I had a story in mind and the premade household did fit the bill :)

PS: I am not debating real life, but my individual save of a computer game ;)
  • You could create the sims the way you like and then use a mod like MCCC to copy the "appearance" of the sim you want it to look like from the premade household.

  • Thanx @Caerfinon I just made a twin sibling of the sim in question. Already handled so I guess that means case solved :) Perhaps it was not needed, I thought the he/him would show in live mode, but it might be only in CAS. Not sure what is the point of it if it is only in CAS, though, but hey-ho.

I believe you can change these using the "Change Sim" function and/or the cas.fulleditmode cheat, but you would need to get there from live mode.

Just a test here as this post is opening first instead of home site.  Maybe replying will move it.  ðŸ¤”

      Nope didn't work.

Caerfinon   Would you mind trying to edit/delete this post to see if that helps?  Whenever I open my app it directs me here.  With some searching I found this was a reply to Simmerville   which makes this glitch even stranger.  TIA

The game uses your selected pronouns to create the pop ups that address your sim. It does show up in live mode, but not as a label.
  • @cyncie is right, the idea that pronouns would show up next to sims' names in live mode all the time was a scare tactic artificially created (complete with fake images) by people who didn't like the pronoun update :/ that doesn't really happen in the game.
  • Unfortunately, once set, these can not be removed (at least as far as I know). So, you're stuck with it unfortunately.

Make a clone of them in CAS but then you'll have to get their skills back via MCCC.
