teens not bringing homework home

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I play any pre-existing family (any neighborhood) it seems like teenagers in high school won't bring any homework home with them so their grades always plummet cause they have nothing to do for classes. Sometimes they will bring home projects to work on, just not the homework assignments. I usually have to just force age them into young adults before the social workers come to take them away for failing at school.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens except their grades plummet even when they go to school every day in a good mood.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see them bring homework home from school.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I will play a round or two with the mods deactivated and see if any of the teens start bringing home assignments or their grades improve.
Thanks so much. I never knew you could "buy" homework from the bookshelf. I wouldn't be surprised if someone made a mod that would let you buy a term paper online and submit it as your own with a chance of being caught but as high a chance of it being accepted and your grades went up. I'd sure make a mod like that if I knew how to make mods. :-)
