Term Paper & Study Interactions Cancelling Themselves

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a sim in a university dorm and attempt to use the interactions 'term paper' and 'study' with a computer or laptop.
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to write my term paper or study on the computer and the action is cancelled immediately (autonomy is turned off).
What do you expect to see? My sim starting and completing the action until I cancel it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The issue is only present with these specific "Discover University' interactions, not with any other interaction in the pack or with other packs, it is also not affected by CC as I tried both with and without it installed. Since I can't perform either interaction I can't progress in the story and my sim is going to fail. I've tried moving the computer, switching it out for another, trying on a different lot, trying with a different sim, uninstalling and reinstalling the pack, repairing the game and starting over with a new save file. None of those fixed it so it's got to be an issue on your end.
