I'm having this issue and can not seem to find a resolution. The actions to either write term paper and study on computers keeps cancelling. My sim is in her last term. Also, she can't write or practicing writing.

  Had the same issue. Buying new computer didn't help. What did help, though, was moving the computer around. I bought a laptop, and moved it from the desk to the dining table, and suddenly he could write term papers without issue.
