The elevator disappeared from the apartments at Chic Street 21, San Myshuno.

Hi! Does anyone know how I can put the building into construction mode to replace the elevator? My Sim can't go up to or down from their apartment and I have to use the "Teleport Here" cheat. I know I can achieve this using the object debug command, but how do I implement it? Every department says that construction is not allowed outside the designated zone... So idk, am I cooked?

amy_paws You can't edit the world in the game without using a mod such as TwistedMexi's T.O.O.L. mod. I don't use that mod so I can't say if it will fix your issue though. Otherwise, I know of nothing else that might help you fix it. Just google TwistedMexi for the link.
