The Gallery Not Connecting

A few weeks ago I noticed that my gallery will not connect. It says I am offline even though my Internet is fine and the EA app is online. Whenever I press the go online button it just loads and never stops. I tried clearing out the tray files, removed all mods, repaired the game, but it still will not connect.

    it's the same for me, the same problem and I tried everything but nothing works! And the same the problem appeared around the update of the pack to life and death
