The game crashes on the desktop when attempting to load a Sims 4 save file

Hello! The game crashes when attempting to load the map. Only the main menu loads.
What I have tried:
- Clean save
- Loading the game without mods
I have checked all the mods and they are working. I removed all files except the save file itself, and it still does not work.
Is there anything that can be done?
Also, new LastUIExceptions, LastExceptions, and LastCrash files are not being created. I am attaching only the last file that is available.

    What do you mean by with faces ? The save games ? Sims ?

    I'll let you know what I find but you can delete Slot_00000001.save (and the verx for that one). Date is from 2017 and it's the old auto saves that are no longer used. You can also delete the scratch folder.

    EDIT: I can duplicate the crashing on the newer save. I can load the second fine. Doing some more testing later.

    EDIT EDIT: The backups you have from the 7th also still work for me. The other version seems to crash on all households and I'm unsure why that is.

    Was able to narrow it down to this Sim

    I was able to fix the Sim by going to CAS. This reset whatever was wrong with the fairy.

    Yes, I renamed the folder. I wrote that I tried saving it again and read this thread completely before creating the topic.
    I attached the DxDiag file above, what else do you need?
    My renamed folder weighs 25 GB with faces, do I need to archive it?

    Thank you so much!!!
    There really was a problem with the tattoos on this Sim. I removed all the tattoos on her and was able to enter the game.
    It's very strange, but after creating this Sim, I played for another month and didn't even think that there would be any problems with her.
    Thanks again! You saved my save file that I've been playing for 10 years!

    Remember to keep regular backups :D

    Also, did you use any glowing tattoos ? If so, make sure to upvote that bug I linked.
