i keep receiving this error code - "It is recommended that you relaunch the game." I relaunched and same error code. Help please!

crystalchuhy That's a known issue tied to stuck events on the lot in question:
If your sims are on or traveling to a lot with a stuck event, changing the lot type, for example to generic or residential, should remove the events, although they'll likely come back later once you change the lot back to its original type. Still, you should be able to get your sims back home. An alternative is to play another household and invite the affected household over, which will get them away from the broken lot.
