The grim reaper is stuck on my lot

The grim reaper came and reaped my sim who died of old age. After the reaping grim got stuck in one place. I can't interact with grim. Grim doesn't leave if I go to manage worlds, leave the lot or close my game. I don't have any mods installed. If any other sim dies they just turn into an urn. They don't get a death animation and the family wont morn for them. This has happened a few times. When there is a patch he leaves but when someone dies he comes back and gets stuck in place. Currently he is watching my elderly sim as she sleeps. I have tries resetting grim. How do I get grim to leave?

    @jpkarlsen I can't travel with Grim. No one in the family has a relationship with Grim. Not even the sim who pleaded. Thank you for you suggestion. I appreciate your help.

    Just have someone introduce themselves. Pleading do not count as an introduction.

    When I click on Grim the only option I have is to plead but its been grayed out. The sim has already been reaped. There is no option for my sims to introduce themselves. If I shift click I have the option to add to family but I fear that will break my game. Thank you for your help.

    I had MC Command center in my game until neighborhood stories was added. I removed from my game.

    @Nico6586 I just had this same issue, I just added Grim to the household, and then split him, didn’t have any issues with him leaving or losing anything in the game.

    I had the same issue. So I bought a chair, put it underneath where he stood and he disappeared once I pressed play. In the admin command box I put bb.moveobjects which allows you to place objects that interfere with other objects. But either way he’s gone.
