The option for a toddler to yell at infants is gone

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.42.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions and packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as a toddler and look for mean interactions to infants -they aren’t there anymore.
What happens when the bug occurs? This bug occurs all the time and even in angry moodlets. Toddlers used to be able to have a mean interaction to yell at infants, but since the recent update it has disappeared.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see toddlers being able to have mean interactions with infants.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the 04/18/2023 patch the mean interaction between toddlers and infants disappeared.

After the most recent update the mean interaction between toddlers and infants have disappeared. It used to be there but when toddlers would yell at infants, their bodies would stretch out. But now the interaction isn’t there at all.

    That must've been what the intern meant when they said they'd "fixed" it.

    Hello.

    This is by design.  The option to yell at infants was not intended to be there, so it was removed.

    @TheSimsDirect  But then how do you explain their notes on the most recent patch update? 

    “Toddlers can be mean, especially to their younger siblings. Infants will no longer stretch in response to being yelled at by a Toddler.”

    @TheSimsDirect Awww but this was hilarious! Toddlers would yell at their younger sibling and in return, the infant should be able to give them a "chomp" like "CHARLIE BIT MY FINGER!"

    Can we have this interaction back? How can you get a difficult dynamic between infanta and toddlers without a way for them to be mean to each other? And it makes sense too if they were unhappy with having a new sibling. Please consider bringing it back or replacing it with something like the cry at or scream at or something.
