The screen goes blank when playing Business and Hobbies

When I play Business and Hobbies in The Sims 4, the screen goes blank, even though I can see the menu. The world of Nordhaven doesn't load, and I can't move a Sim there or open a business in other worlds.

If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
