The Sims 4: For Rent tenant move out spontaneously and my sim is blamed

One of my sim's tenants has moved out from one day to the other, for no given reason, and now she showed up infront of my sim's door about a week later being sad and having a sentiment about being a "victim of eviction". i know i can just cheat the sentiment to disappear but i don't understand why this happened. is this a bug that has happened to anyone else?
