The Sims 4 haunted house in paranormal stuff pack

@Miles_Gamer_2020 You could get around this with 2 workarounds I think. The problem is that Paranormal centres around the Haunted House Residential lot type. So you need to live there. Visiting Sims can't gain access inside

First I'd make a vacation lot with some creative lot challenges. I'd use Haunted Spooky, Cursed and Gremlins. I'd set it up with items from Paranormal. A couple of things that may help would be to kill off visiting Sims to start off and add a really ghostly element to it. I did that on a mountain excursion and his grave stone is there still. I don't usually kill off Sims or do the creepy stuff but I love the items in Paranormal and I wanted to play it through to see what it was like. With the Haunted  Spooky trait I don't think you'd get Temperance visiting but it would have ghosts. Add the sceance table to see what happens. I'll test this myself today on a vacation lot.

Another option is a bit leftfield but worth a try. Create a Haunted House Residential with no family living there, but without anything to keep out visiting Sims. So no doors, maybe just an open ruin with the Temperance/Guidry paintings, etc and the sceance equipment. I've made ruins before, that's what's made me think of it and I have Sims camp out there and spend the night as there's nothing to keep them out. I hope that makes sense.

I had to change my Haunted House Residential lot back to residential because it's bugged and Temperance won't leave, Bonehilda won't help and it was literally a nightmare!
