@k35c I don't know of any cheats personally, other than the in-game options of (A) lunar howl ability to reroll temperaments (top tier wolf ability) or 🍺 drinking the curse cure and possibly getting bit again if you really want the sim to stay a werewolf (I just don't know if you'd get new temperaments or the same ones though).
Also wanted to reply to see if I've missed anything, however! I had one sim whose temperaments were so bad I wanted to kill him off, lol.
