The Sims4 Apartments

@Mem0riam Hello!  I wanted to add that you can still have cars on your lot in Sims 4.  First, find a toy / model car in build buy mode under Objects by Function -> Decorations -> Sculptures.  Then, when you are holding the car you want, use the ] bracket on the keyboard to make it bigger (the [ bracket will make items smaller, so you can play around with the size) and place it where you want.  These are base game items and there is a pickup truck, two cars, and a van.

Edit: Also, if you don't mind using cheats, you can get in-game full size cars from the debug menu.  Type ctrl+shift+C to get the cheat console in the upper left corner.  Then type or copy/paste bb.showhiddenobjects and hit enter, then type or copy/paste bb.showliveeditobjects and hit enter.  You should see a LOT more items available.  In the build buy search bar type debug and click the magnifying glass.  Then you'll be able to scroll through all the items and find the full size vehicles you might see driving around on the roads or parked on specific lots.  Just be warned that there are many items available using these cheats so it may take a while to find the vehicles.
