the star items

Hello everyone, why I can't find the star items in sims 4? it's just showing to me once then I can't find it again.
gameplay issue

    @Banan00200 Unfortunatley, you can’t keep it forever. The only way is to not select the items or browse the menus.
    However, if you want to see objects from certain packs, you can use the filter-function on the upper, right side of the build menu. There you can filter objects by color, style, pack and more. In CAS you can find it below outfit-category

@jazzpus Thank you very much, I will try to reinstall it, but how I keep it like forever? without disappear?
