Time freeze, sims just stay idle in their place

So i have this problem where my sims world always freeze time and the sims would just stay in their place(not necessarily frozen though). I thoughr it was because of my mods but when i created new game it ran peefectly.

It only freezes for this particular sims world game.

Any ideas how to fix it?
