TRAITS NOT SHOWING UP

I am having an issue where I can't access my traits when I am in cas. I've removed all my mods, cleared localthumbcache, and repaired the game on the ea app about 3 times. nothing is working. I did just purchase the lovestruck pack and haven't even been able to use it yet, wondering if this could be the problem?

    nevaehluanaaTry dragging your user folder (Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4) to your desktop and restart the game to generate a fresh one. You won't have any of your saves or library, but if it works in a new save after that you can recover them from the old folder.
