@xbellax90 The BlandCo Contemporary crib or toddler bed that say in their description "Note: this crib can be upgraded into a Toddler Bed" "Note: this bed can be upgraded into a Crib."
The other cribs in the game cannot be converted to a toddler bed, and that note is not in their description:
The animations/interactions for the bassinets are only newborns, the cribs are only for infants, and the toddler beds are only for toddlers.
You mentioned "crib called senna crib on patreon" and "crib called the pandasama" and that you are having interaction glitches with them and your Sims. These are not the names of the cribs/toddler beds in the game, so it sounds like they are CC cribs, and that they are glitching in your game. I would recommend removing this CC (along with the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder) to see if this removes the glitching when interacting with cribs.
If that doesn't fix the glitching you could try removing all of your Mods/CC along with the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder to see if that stops the glitching as follows:

Exit the game. Move the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can then test without saving – or in a new vanilla game save – in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue. Then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.
