Toddler interactions

I’ve noticed lately that some interactions with toddlers keep freezing. For example when I try to check on toddler or read toddler book ect the interaction will come up in the action bar but the interaction won’t happen, they’ll just stand there and stare at eachother and then the interaction gets cancelled or I have to cancel it. I think it happens when the toddler isnt standing exactly in front of the adult sim but i don’t know, but what I do know is it’s annoying. Can this be investigated please.
