Toddler Milestone Glitch

I can't find a discussion for this issue, I'm new to the EA forum. Any time my infant ages up and already has some skills unlocked, especially the Movement skill, the milestones aren't there. It show...

    I have had that issue before and have been able to cheat the skill down to get it back. I used those posts for that, but now within the last month or so, I can't even use the cheats. Nothing happens, it doesn't even acknowledge that I entered something. IDK what to do, this sucks. It has been so glitchy as of late. I can barely play anymore.
