@AlexMarieSims123 Not sure if you've already tried anything, however if you have MCCC you might be able to locate the toddler as a world sim and teleport them to your lot, then re-add them to your family. Strange story, but using a mod I had a sim struck by a car who was pregnant. She'd been married, and a day or so later, her husband received a phone call from her ghost saying she had a healthy baby girl. Now...the child wasn't added to the household. So I chalked it up to a glitch...until a while later, I looked at his lineage and saw the child as a toddler. I teleported her back to him, and now he's raising her as a single dad. 🙂
