Townies have deformed faces
From the moment I downloaded the game, all the townies have messed up, deformed faces. Like really bad. And it's been this way even when I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Is there any solution?...

Have you just installed and started playing Sims 4 for the first time? Have you installed any mods/cc yet?
I have since downloaded CC and mods because nothing I did seemed to get rid of the problem, even the repair button. But yes, it's my first time playing and when I first downloaded and ran it I didn't have any mods/cc.
Try repairing your game. Then try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains.
