Townies have deformed faces
From the moment I downloaded the game, all the townies have messed up, deformed faces. Like really bad. And it's been this way even when I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Is there any solution?...

I have no solution but that is hilarious 😂 thanks for the chuckle.
As resemow said, it could be a mod issue if you have any installed. Maybe sliders gone rogue?
If it happens even without mods, did you try the Repair option from EA app? It worked for me recently when my game became unplayable.
It makes me laugh too 😂
But eventually I'm hoping my sims can have relationships with townies who don't look so crazy, and I'm hoping that the kids won't have the same crazy genes. Since every sim in CAS is the same (I hit randomize and selected from the face bank a million times trying to get a normal result) I'm also worried that even my own sims have weird genetics even though I edited their appearance.
