Traits aren't showing up in the CAS after the latest update

I was making a new save in my game (it was my first time playing after the update) and discover that traits aren't showing up in the CAS after the latest update, before update everything was working ...
cc or mods removed
create a sim

Yeah, it's still the same. This problem only happens when I try to create a family on a new save file. It doesn't happen when I go into CAS on a save file that already exists in my game.
