Traits missing in CAS

Thet trait slots are missing when I open CAS. I've had this issue on and off, but now it seems to re-apear every time I open CAS. I've tried restarting the game and re-opening CAS, but it doesn't seem to have any effect. Does anyone know how I could fix this?
