Travel selection screen is not shown in game

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• What happens if you press M ? Nothing at all ?
• Any LastExceptionfiles in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

I use PC to play the game. The travel selection screen is skipped and shown the map directly if I press M. And the travel selection screen is not shown when I use sim phone.Could you tell me how can I find and read the Last Exceptionfiles?

You need to pick a place to travel to then then you should get the selection.

LastException files can be found in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4

Sorry, I am wrong in explanation.I mean traveling with sims friend is not available.The sims friends selection window is not shown in game even pressing M or using phone.

For every Sim and save ?

Yes,I have tried to turn off mod. The sims friends selection window is not shown.

This is how it should work (never noticed before that M is backwards from the phone):

1. You choose to travel with a Sim by clicking M
2. You choose a place to go
3. Travel with window shows up to pick Sims

Or

1. Choose travel from the phone
2. Pick Sims to travel with
3. Pick place to travel to

Did you get a chance to try a clean folder and did you check if you have lastException files ?
