Trendi? Police Uniform not viewable in certain CAS households

Are all the club members in the detective career?

If I remember it correctly, there used to be a glitch where police uniform became locked again once you reached high enough level...

I thought about the career level keeping the police uniform from showing up but my club leader who's an officer is only level 2 in the detective career.

I played 2 households who weren't in the detective career. The police uniform showed up for 1 sim household but not the other.

The common thing I can see is they have teens but when I moved the teen daughter's out of the house. The police uniform still didn't show up in CAS. If it's the trends affecting the CAS, I'm not sure how long trends last for the uniform to show up at all. I had to move my sim out to create a club uniform and move him back home to his family. His club did show up at the museum in their uniforms like I wanted.

This gold link chain doesn't show up in some of my sims households. I checked nearly everybody in Oasis Spring and the chain was visible in 3 of the CAS households. I think this is related to the new Trendi feature and I would like to suggest a gameplay opt-in option for all the CAS items to show up. I was trying to create a new character with this gold chain and it wasn't there but when I used another new character it was there. This was even before they had a house to live in. I thought maybe if I checked "locked" filter in CAS that all missing items would show up but it didn't. I took my sim to the house where I was able to find the police uniform and the gold link chain was there too in CAS.
